Joe Orlando brings more than 15 years of experience serving the commercial roofing industry to IMETCO. With his distinguished record of sales and business management successes, he actively promotes the company's core values of unparalleled quality and support.

Prior to joining IMETCO, Joe established his reputation for service and leadership excellence with The Garland Company, where in 2004 he was promoted to vice president.

Under his leadership IMETCO has experienced exponential growth by concentrating on continuously improving quality and processes, diversifying products and expanding service capability, and striving to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

As an AIA certified speaker and metal roofing specialist, Joe conducts lectures and briefings throughout the country on design applications for metal roofs, and is a contributor to industry trade publications. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.

Frank Resso joined IMETCO in 1998 as operations manager. He oversees manufacturing, product development, project engineering, customer service and technical support.

Prior to joining IMETCO, Frank served as a design engineer. He is a registered professional engineer (Structural, Civil) in several states, and maintains an active role in several professional organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Structural Engineering Institute (SEI), the Architectural Engineering Institute (AEI), the American Society for Testing & Materials (ASTM). Frank is also an E06.57 Committee Member (Performance of Metal Roofing).

A graduate of Cal Polytechnic University, Frank holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering.

As IMETCO’s Regional Sales Manager, Mark Ricigliano is responsible for recruiting, training and managing the company’s sales team. With more than 20 years sales experience and expertise in commercial roofing, Mark plays an integral role in product and strategic alliance development.

Previously, Mark served The Garland Company for 16 years as a technical representative in western New York. He also conducted training for new employees and sales representatives in the New York and New Jersey territories.

Mark graduated in 1984 from the University of New York at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in psychology.

Ronnie Jones recently celebrated ten years with IMETCO. His standard of excellence is evident both in the work he produces and the level of service he provides.

Prior to joining IMETCO, Ronnie served as Engineering Manager for a line of products that included structural and architectural roofing panels, fascia, coping and building expansion joints.

For IMETCO, Ronnie develops, implements and manages fabrication standards. He also develops custom product applications to accommodate specific project specifications; works closely with architects to develop unique requirements for large or signature jobs; develops and implements third-party product inspection programs to promote quality assurance through independent measurement; spearheads product development and testing; and leads a team of talented engineers in providing unparalleled customer support.

Ronnie holds a B.A. in architecture from the University of Tennessee.
