Underlayments

Underlayments are an essential component of a complete roofing system. IMETCO offers several self-adhering underlayments, all of which are heat-tolerant, self-sealing SBS modified products:

DryDek^TM ice and water barrier is engineered for metal and tile applications where high temperature stability is essential. DryDek provides superior protection against freeze/thaw cycles, wind-driven rain, and daily water flow. Self-adhering and easy to apply, DryDek can be left exposed for 150 days. It features fiberglass and polyester reinforcement, a slip resistance surface, and silicone-treated split release film. For more information, download the DryDek data sheet .

Aquablock^TM self-adhering SBS-modified membrane offers added protection against water infiltration due to ice and snow accumulation at penetrations, valleys and edges on sloped roofs. It is durable and easy to install, featuring a split-back release film and slip-resistant surface. AquaBlock has excellent low-temperature flexibility, and can be installed directly to concrete, plywood, wood composition board and gypsum.
