Concealed Wall Panel Systems

IMETCO offers two concealed fastener wall panel systems: the PanWall 130 and the FW-120 systems panels are both attractive and cost-effective. The PW-130 is a concealed-clip metal wall and soffit system, and the FW-120 is a concealed-fastener metal wall and soffit system.
 

PanWall 130 Design Characteristics: Concealed panel clips accommodate thermal expansion and contraction No exposed fasteners provides a flush, seamless look Easy one-step installation Can be installed over solid substrate of furring channels Can be used for curved parapet walls, curved soffits and gable ends Standard panel width is 13 inches; 21-inch width available upon request Distinctive stiffening plateaus (optional) Custom insulation adhered to panel (optional) Available in 24 gauge steel and .032 aluminum FW-120 Design Characteristics: Interlocking seams conceal fasteners 12-inch standard panel width, nominal 1-inch depth Profile choices include a smooth, solid surface with no stiffening grooves; or two stiffening V-grooves equally spaced Available in 24 gauge steel and .032 aluminum

Exposed Fastener Wall Panel Systems

IMETCO also offers three exposed fastener wall panel systems: R-Panel, Cor-Pan, and 7.2 Rib.

R-Panel Design Characteristics:

• 36-inch coverage width

• Ribs are 1-3/16 inches deep, and 12 inches on center

• Available in 22 and 24 gauge steel, and .032 aluminum

Cor-Pan

• 32-, 35½-, and 37⅜-inch coverage widths

• Cor-Pan 1.0 is a corrugated panel with longitudinal ribs that are ⅞-inch deep and spaced 2.67 inches on center (coverage width: 32 inches)

• Cor-Pan .05 is a corrugated panel with longitudinal ribs that are ½-inch deep and spaced 2.67 inches on center (coverage width: 37⅜-inches)

• Available in 22 and 24 gauge steel, and .032 aluminum

7.2 Rib

• 36-inch coverage width

• Trapezoidal style with longitudinal ribs that are 1½-inches deep and spaced 7.2 inches on center

• Available in 22 and 24 gauge steel, and .032 aluminum
